Fractionned training on treadmill. Speed 17km/h for 1 minute / 30 seconds recovery / x10
Maximum Aerobic Speed (MAS) workout goal: Improve the cardiac and muscular capacity
Work and improve the running technique as well as the pace.

Dont forget the most important part if you want to run a sand ultra marathon, or any other marathon:
Your Feet!!!!!! Your only connection to the ground, and treat them well!! they will carry you far away!!!
